The food is truly outstanding. Each dish showcases the signature Matsuhisa precision and creativity, combining delicate Japanese techniques with bold Peruvian influences. The flavors are beautifully balanced, fresh, and artfully presented. Standout dishes like the black cod miso and the sushi selections are prepared to perfection, with ingredients that taste impeccably fresh and thoughtfully sourced.

La Coupole – Matsuhisa is a true expression of Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s vision. Refined, beautifully executed dishes, exceptional sushi quality, and a calm, elegant atmosphere. Everything feels intentional — from the flavors to the service. A sophisticated dining experience in the heart of St. Moritz and a place that truly reflects the mastery behind the Matsuhisa name Team is amazing. Especially Antoniouse! He did great explanation every dish

We had a wonderful experience at Matsuhisa! The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The portions were surprisingly generous, which made the meal even more enjoyable and great value for the quality. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a great vibe that’s perfect for both a special night out or a relaxed dinner. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

Yellow Fin Tuna: Better than at the Porto Cervo location but not as good as at the Beverly Hills location Sushi: Absolutely fine Steak: Not as good as at the Porto Cervo location and also not as good as at the Beverly Hills location. Still eatable. Ambiance: Very British, sterile and bright, not 100% our taste Service: Perfect, extremely helpful and courteous

The food was phenomenal, but when asking for recommendations and allowing the staff to bring the alternatives they had for the recommendations she made, she took it upon herself to bring us the 7 most expensive dishes in the menu. It seemed somewhat abusive, although it was absolutely delightful food. It just seems like too much of a coincidence that her recommendations were not available, yet her alternatives were exactly the most expensive. I would have been okay if the recommendations were those seven dishes, but like this it feels a little dishonest.
